2007 Cross country: Finished 12th at the Buffalo State Invitational with a time of 26:38... Placed 7th at the Husky Invitational... Took 41th at the Lock Haven Invitational with a time of 34:24... Placed 42nd at the Lehigh Paul Short run, finishing in 27:09... Took 180th at the Penn State Invitational, finishing in 29:25... Finished 58th at the PSAC championships with a time of 28:45. 2006 Cross Country: Finished 50th at the PSAC Championships... Placed 29th at the Slippery Rock Invitational... Took sixth place at the Husky Invitational... Took 19th at the Bison Open.

2006 Track: (Indoor) Took 9th place in the 3000 in 9:22.79 at the East Challenge Meet... Placed sixth in the 3000 meter run at the DeShriver Invitational at East Stroudsburg in a time of 9:09.59... Came in fourth place in 5000 meters at the Orange and Maroon Classic in a conference qualifying time of 15:59.03.

2005 Cross Country: Placed 34th (27:48) at the Slippery Rock Invitational helping the team to a fourth place overall finish.

2005 Track: (Outdoor) Qualified for the PSAC's in the 10,000 finishing in 33:01.16 at the Bucknell Distance Carnival...Was an eighth place finisher in the 5000 meters at West Chester, finishing in 16:13.68...Took 11th in the 10000 meters in a time of 33:46 at the Susquehanna Invitational. (Indoor) Finished the 5000 meters in 16:01.45 at Susquehanna, good enough for sixth place...Placed ninth in the 5000 meters at the Marron and Orange Invitational in a time of 16:15.19.

2004: Ran an outstanding race at the East Stroudsburg Invitational finishing in eighth place in a time of 16:56...Placed 14th at the Husky Invitational with a time of 28:37.20...Took 11th at the Slippery Rock Quad Meet, finishing the 7,500 meter course in 27:03.
